Confusion, misunderstanding, apathy, lack of motivation, and no real desire to buy or build a business relationship are often caused by poor conversations.
Why? Poor information worker productivity/effectiveness in telephonic/VOIP conversations.And business results strongly influenced by the effectiveness of voice only based conversations - both internal and external audiences.
This courseconsists of 1 day Instructor Led Training at the Global Knowledge training center. Another half day will be delivered by telephone in order to support the delegate in improving the Speech Impact results.
